You may e-mail us at any time. We reply to e-mails during normal office hours, in the order that they arrive.
We answer all phone calls and return voice messages during normal office hours – if you need to leave a message at any time we will get back to you as soon as possible.
LB Mason Shipping Policy
LB Mason offers FREE Shipping on all items to US domestic mainland locations. For delivery to addresses in AK, HI, or International locations, please call us at 716.282.2933 or e-mail email@example.com.
LB Mason 30 Day Artwork Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your artwork you may return the artwork to us, in resaleable condition, at any time within the 30 day period starting on the day that your order was received. If you wish to return artwork you must contact us for approval as follows:
- First – contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 716.282.2933 to inform us of your intended return.
- We will require Your order number, name, phone number, and date of purchase to initiate your return process.
- We will authorize your return and provide you with all details so that you can return the artwork to us, at Your expense.
- Typically, within 2 business days of arriving at our facility, Your artwork will be unpacked, fully inspected, and evaluated.
- If the inspector determines that the artwork is returned to us in its original package, in re-saleable condition, we will deduct a 10% re-stocking fee and we will reimburse you with the balance.
- If the inspector determines that the artwork is returned to us not in resaleable condition, we will contact you to discuss the situation.
LB Mason Return Policy
You May Return Your Artwork to LB Mason under the terms of our 30 Day Guarantee. You will be responsible for shipping charges back to LB Mason and we will refund the cost of the artwork, minus a 10% re-stocking fee, if we determine that it has been returned in resaleable condition.
LB Mason Tax Collection Policy
LB Mason is based in New York State. We collect sales tax on any products shipped to a receiving address within New York State. Taxes are automatically calculated in our shopping cart using the published sales tax rate applicable to the specific county that the receiving address is located within.
We do not collect sales taxes on any products shipped outside New York State.
